Be prepared with your checklist of questions when you visit the doctor. Visit many doctors with your checklist and try to find out how each of them can help you. Based on your analysis and research, select the doctor that is best suitable for you.

2. How many years of service do you have?
3. Have you treated any mesothelioma patients in the past?
4. What was the outcome of the treatment?
5. Request to have a look at the past patient records.
6. What training have you had in treating my type of cancer?
7. What are your office hours? Are you available on call in case of emergency?
8. Will you accept my health insurance?
9. Will I need to be in the hospital to receive my treatment? For how long?
10. After the treatment, how often will I need to get myself checked?
